Since last October, while grieving and coping with a worldwide wave of generalised insanity, I have been debating myself on how to make a difference and support not only those that are suffering from trauma or emotional distress, but also those in Israel that need protection and resources to rebuild their lives. That's why half of the proceedings from all sessions will go to a designated project in Israel.

There are several ways in which I can support you, from a one-time 'decompression' session, a focused psychotherapeutic process, or a series of somatic and therapeutic movement sessions specially designed for your physical and emotional needs.

Initially trained as a Clinical Psychologist and as a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist, I have dived further in to incorporate are severals ways in which I can support you, NOT have to rest entirely on your shoulders...
But the decisions, strategies, and implementation don’t either.

In some cases, this response may not be fully discharged, leaving the body in a state of dysregulation and leading to various symptoms like
ANXIETY, depression, chronic pain, and other physical ailments. Somatic therapy aims to help individuals complete this natural healing process by safely and gradually releasing the trapped energy from the nervous system.

I understand you may be concerned to know whether what you speak about in therapy will remain confidential. From the first contact, any information a client gives me is treated with the utmost confidentiality. During the initial consultation, issues of confidentiality are discussed, agreed and any questions answered. Please also see my

Sessions are currently charged at £100 and are reviewed annually. I have a number of reduced fee appointments. Please contact me for further information.
Sessions cancelled with less than forty-eight hours' notice will be charged at the normal session rate. There is no charge for sessions cancelled with more than forty-eight hours' notice.
We will meet online, you can be anywhere to connect for our sessions. You will only need to be in a quiet and comfortable place.
I have a basic application form I require to help save you and I both the time, if we're not a good fit. Because let me tell you, when we are - magic happens!
